Questions
Does it cost anything to start?
No. Restaurants pay commission only on what they sell through SabaGo: 6% for the first two months, then 10% up to month six. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee.
Do I need a tablet?
No. A spare phone or a laptop works. If you have neither, you can rent a tablet with a receipt printer from us for a fixed monthly fee.
Who does the delivery?
We do. Our riders handle every delivery, so you never need your own driver.
Am I tied to a contract?
Restaurants: a six month agreement with one month notice, and you are not exclusive to us. Riders: a service agreement, and you are free to work elsewhere.
When do I get paid?
Restaurants: once a week, for the Monday to Sunday week before, with a statement of every order. Riders: after you invoice us for a pay period, on the terms in your service agreement.
